Organised by

We are the High School Youth Community at BBC.

Imagine being amongst nearly 200 College Students from every school in Tauranga, participating in fun, crazy games, eating yummy suppers, listening to amazing speakers, being challenged to make a difference for God, and responding in open hearted worship – all led by our wonderful BBY music and worship community.

With wacky weekends away during the year, this community seriously knows how to have moments of fun as well as significance.

Our Vision:

BBY exists to Glorify God and to help make the name of Jesus famous in our generation.

Our Mission:

To develop a vibrant community of young people who are unashamed, life-long followers of Jesus Christ, with an unshakeable determination to change our world by following Jesus, and bringing His Love, Faith and hope to people.

Our Purpose:

Everything we do is on purpose. We believe every Church should be based on fulfilling the 5 Purposes on God’s heart.

GOD To be growing in love and worship for God.

GATHER To draw people together to form true community and life long friendships.

GROW To be constantly growing in knowledge and character.

GIVE To discover your unique “wiring” , talents and gifts and begin developing and using them in the Church and the world.

GO To be forever willing to go out to where people need help.

Our Schedule:

We meet throughout the school year on Wednesday nights for an action/inspiration-packed night of friendship, music fun, teaching and food. We have a blend of big group action and learning mixed with over 20 small groups for deeper discussion and friendship with caring youth leaders.
